Do you only offer digitals?
Nope! A set amount of digitals come as standard when you book with me, however I do have upgrade options so I can offer card mounted images or exquisite framing packages - suitable for most budgets. That way, there's something for everyone.
For camp & training clinic images - I do generally only offer digital and card mounted options. Please drop me a message if you're unsure & we can work something out.
Can I have a free shoot?
I completely understand wanting to try something before you invest, and I truly value the interest! My sessions involve a lot of time, care, and experience—before, during, and after the shoot—so I’m unable to offer free sessions.
That said, I do occasionally run special offers, model calls, or competitions, which are a great way to get involved at a lower cost. Make sure you’re following along on social media so you don't miss out!
What if I don't like part of an image?
I have been cracking down on my photoshop and Lightroom skills over the past 2 years and can now confidently say I am able to do soft adjustments - including ear swaps, lead removals & harness removals. I am more than happy to guide you on the day to help those adjustments be made easier if it's something you'd like.
Each image is individually edited, softening distractions & enhancing natural light. Although lengthy, this method offers guarantee of your story being told accurately.

Ok so it's raining, should I cancel?
If it's torrential rain or dangerous for any of us to travel to location then I will absolutely reschedule with you free of charge! However a little rain isn't the end of the world & makes it more of an adventure finding drier locations to shoot in if necessary!
Sometimes, the atmosphere created by some rainfall can really improve the images.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
I do!
Gift vouchers are available in any value & each individually hand written - these can be delivered blank (bar the value) so that you can add your own message to your loved one.
Gift vouchers are valid from 6 months of purchase and are non refundable.
Where is the studio?
The studio is set by Northampton's Racecourse, offering ample opportunity for your pup to have some toilet breaks throughout our time together.
The studio itself is on the 3rd floor, so if you have any accessibility requirements please don't hesitate to contact me & I will do my best to accommodate.
How long is the session?
Sessions usually last around an hour however I am not keen on a rush & usually book out a little extra time so we can get to know each other & allow your babies time to adjust to what's going on.
I do offer extended sessions for multiple animals, just let me know when enquiring & I can make reasonable adjustments for you!
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking to guarantee the date. This is £25 and will be deducted from final payment once the shoot has finished.
If it is a larger event such as a wedding or engagement party - a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
I have a senior pet, what options do I have?
Ah, golden oldies! We love them!
I offer a discretionary discounted package for those pets who are senior or terminally ill. In these instances, please message me & let's discuss options that keep them comfortable & safe.
These shoots come with a complimentary card mounted image.
I have an XL Bully - do you offer shoots for those?
Absolutely!!
I am more than happy to photograph all breeds of dog - all I ask is that you organise either a secure XL Bully friendly paddock or you adhere to local authorities guidelines & behave responsibly.
I have zero prejudice towards any client & treat everyone as individuals however we have to consider legality in this instance!
Do you have a referral scheme?
I do!
If a friend books with me, quoting you as a reference - you can have either 10% off your next shoot or a digital image as a thank you for referring!
Your friend will also receive an additional high resolution image & 10% off of their shoot too so it pays to know people who want images!
Refer 3 people to me & if they all have shoots with me - you get an hours studio shoot free of charge!

My editing is subtle yet meticulous—designed to elevate the beauty that’s already there without ever overpowering it.
The end result? A collection of heirloom-quality images that honour the connection between you and your animal—captured with heart, finished with artistry, and made to be cherished for a lifetime.
